Integrating Evidence-Based Practice with Compassionate Care

Program Overview

Finding a supervisor is about more than just meeting board requirements—it’s about finding a mentor who can help you bridge the gap between theory and transformative practice. Our supervision program is designed for clinicians who want to deepen their expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed care.

Our Supervision Pillars

We focus on a “Tri-Lens” approach to ensure you are supported clinically, ethically, and personally.

  1. CBT Mastery: Structuring for Success
We help you move beyond the basics of CBT. You will learn how to:
    • Develop sophisticated case conceptualizations.
    • Master the art of Socratic questioning.
    • Effectively utilize behavioral experiments and exposure protocols.
  2. DBT Integration: Balance and Boundaries
For clinicians working with high-acuity or dysregulated clients, we provide guidance on:
    • Integrating the four DBT modules (Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness).
    • Managing the “Dialectical Balance” between acceptance and change.
    • Navigating therapist consultation team dynamics.
  3. Trauma-Informed Supervision
Safety, choice, and collaboration are the foundations of our work. Our supervision ensures you can:
    • Recognize and respond to the nuances of complex trauma.
    • Implement grounding and stabilization techniques before moving to processing.
    • Prioritize your own well-being: We place a heavy emphasis on identifying and managing vicarious trauma and compassion fatigue.
